2. What’s the Total Delivery Time?


(Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive)

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Packaging Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time = From the time we received your order to the time we start to packaging your order. One or two work days to get your order looked at, your payment confirmed, and to make sure the shipping address is correct.
Minimum time: 1-2 work days.
We do not process your order on Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 work days for weekend orders.
Packaging Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in one day or two. You will be notified if your order are not in stock. Minimum time: 1-2 work days
Shipping Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you.
Most shipped packages are delivered within 3-7 work days from the day they are shipped.

 

 

3. The Courier Company We Use:

 

outdoor-jacket may ship each product at different times via different shipping companies. We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you.

However, most of the time. We choose  EMS to ship the shoes. You will get your shoes within 9 business days.

If there are some countries that EMS can not arrive, we will seng by Air mail or other ways, we will notice you when change the shipping method.

 

 

4.Tracking Methods


After your order is dispatched, we will offer you EMS tracking no. & website

There are two methods to get above information from us,
1. Visit our website and re-login to check the update status.
2. Check your e-mail, for we will send update status to your e-mail address.
Note: (If you can’t check it immediately with the tracking no. , please wait with patience. Some time is required by Express Company do uploading).

 


5. About Insurance:

 

Once packages have been shipped, An Post is responsible for delivery. We do not insure packages - if you would like your order insured, please request this when you check out.

 

 

6. Important Note:

 

When receiving and signing for the cargo, you must inspect the cargo carefully to make sure whether it is perfect or not; you should send letter for us instead of signing for if it has any breakage; we will help you to process! But if after receiving and signing for said again the product has any question, we are generally irresponsible!
1) If you find the parcel broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check whether items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model for exhcange or fully refund your money according to your request.
2) If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping address without asking for our customer support’s advice.

 

 

7.Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery


For those customers who do not receive your parcel within the above total delivery time, please check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website.
